Can no longer access the internet

Open msconfig and click disable all, then reboot, any changes?

What AV are you using? Using a Firewall? Have you disabled them?

You may also try this.
Open Internet Explorer>Click tools>Internet Options>Go to Connections tab>Click Lan Settings>Make sure use a proxy server is unchecked. Then test internet

If that doesn't work go to the General tab under Internet Options>click Delete under the Browsing History area, Delete Temp internet files and cookies. Then Test Internet.
