Are installing this cable in a commerical building? Why do you need riser cmr type cable?

For any install, even in commerical buildings, standard Cat5/6 cable will be just fine unless the spec's for commerical buildings call for either cmr or plemium cable.

The only other type cable that you need to worry about is if it is being installed in an underground install and then you need a cable rated for out door/underground.
