BIOS and/or processor shot

I ran another test. The CPU is bad. I can't figure out from here if the mobo is bad. I'll get the new CPU from new egg.

I got the new CPU, however, I still cannot get the BAD BIOS CHECKSUM message to appear.... it'll take 3 weeks to RMA the board. And of course I have to pay. I dont have the money on hand either

I guess once the BIOS tried to recover itself once and failed, it never tries again.
