Best RTS

anyone know of any RTS that can compete with Star Craft on multiplayer gameplay? i was thinking about getting star wars empire the new one.

Rome: Total War is pretty friggin nice, and the multiplayer is fun, filled with lots of desperate last stands. Though its not as good as starcraft, nothing is

Rome:TW is good...C&C Generals Zero:Hour is not bad....lord of the rings battle for middle earth isnt to bad either..

Battle for middle eath is a RPS... game play is different than a RTS

well I don't think any one else plays this series but Empire Earth II is really good, you should get it, I grew up on that RTS.

Empires: Dawn of the Modern world was a good game but not very got very big, it isnt as good as starcraft or ROME:TW but it has very easy addicting gameplay and if you're good it only takes about 5 min to rush noobs and win (sometimes less) but there's hardly no one online anymore(sigh).
