You most likely have a connection with a WAN, I would have been tempted to say you have a T1/T3 connection but those speeds don't seem to match that profile. I don't know where you work though so I can't be sure

where at in DC do you live? I live in Springfield Va, havnt tested through cox yet. I tested through my work whos proxy opens up in St louis.
