Go with Zonealarm

Unless it has changed, ZoneAlarm use CA's antivirus. I used CA for years and it is good. It's scans are a little slow, but it saved my bacon many a time.

Sorta funny, as CA's suite uses a rebranded ZoneAlarm firewall.
