I'll be switching my engineering job over soon, hoping to target companies like Intel, MS, and Apple - to name a few. I've had it working in the defense sector.
An offer from either of them is great - on the resume. It depends on what type of work they have me do and the salary/benefits. All in all, those things matter the most, not the name of the company. Just because I have Apple on my resume, I highly doubt it will better pay my bills, if compared to MS. So, it depends. All are great companies. Many companies also have their downsides, no one is perfect.
