Any Good Games out there that have a Good AI

hi , im looking for a game with some skill that you can actually challenge and hard... anyone know any good games like that im not bothered which ones.. it needs to have a good A.I

CS:Source have an awsome AI which have fooled me to belive i was playing against real players many times and as its based on the source engine i would belive HL2 have pretty good AIs to.
anyway looks like Crysis will have a **** good AI as it will be radiant as in oblivion but you wont have to face those stiupid conversations because it's an FPS. for an example depending on what you do soldiers will like you/dislike you and if they like you they can give you some of thier ammo and such.
