I think I'm gonna have to do all the computers in my house, left for a week then bam I get calls from mum saying someone's hacked her computer or something. Nehuz, starting with the little bro's computer.

Well my first look i see 2 things. Adobe Elements and Zoo Tycoon are installed on E:\ while everything else is on C:\. Is this done on purpose?

R3 - URLSearchHook: SweetIM ToolbarURLSearchHook Class - {EEE6C35D-6118-11DC-9C72-001320C79847} - C:\Program Files (x86)\SweetIM\Toolbars\Internet Explorer\mgHelper.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mquac] C:\Windows\user .exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MqpN] C:\Windows\avp .exe

These entries look very suspicious. I would check them out.

Thanks mate. Yeah some random ******* from a forum my mum frequents has decided it's great fun to spy on her

And no, I don't think the E: thing would have been done on purpose. My bro would've been the one that installed those though, I'll fix it up.

I would definately run MBAM and Combofix on this machine. Those few things just dont seem right.

I would look at beefing up your Router or something. There has to be something going on for this joker to be able to get all the way through to the PC.
