AMD Hackintosh with Leopard (10.5)

Is this possible or am I going to have to get snow leopard? Every where I've looked I can't find a nice guide on how to install Mac OS X on my AMD chipset computer.
Hardware Details:
-Phenom II X4 (4.5 Ghz)
-Mushkin RAM (8 GB)
-NVidia GeForce 240 1 GB DDR3
-ASUS Motherboard (I'll break out the actual type of board if you really need it)
-3 HDD's (1 1TB | 1 500GB | 1 320GB)
-Belkin Wireless adapter
If you need anymore details just say so
Also on the 1TB HDD I'm running Windows 7, 500GB is Ubuntu 10.1 or something close to it... and the 320GB is for the Hackintosh
