After sleep/hibernate I lose LAN connection

Hello,

After my computer goes to sleep I lose internet connection even though I uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the Power Management settings of the driver in Device Manager. I've also tried to update the drivers but I still lose the connection. Is there anything else I can check? Maybe there's some kind of group policy setting?

Does your router do multicast or prioritization? Maybe turn those off and see if it changes.
