I called Westnet Support again soon after my post, and the worker there actually suggested that I switch to Telstra. I was pretty surprised by this. Apparently Telstra offers ADSL+2 in my area, or the techy said they did. Looks like my only option. Anywho, thanks again, sorry for the late response.
