Admin password?

I have a friend who had set up a admin password on her mac for school. Well she forgot it and now she is having problems doing anything on her computer without it. So how do I reset that without knowing the password? Thanks.

You'll need the mac os install disk. Boot off the disk, then instead of continuing with the installation, open the utilities box in the menu bar and there's a password reset utility there.
