Adding Favorites with GPO

I wish to put a link into the favorites folder of all of my users. I currently run server 2003 with all XP professional workstations.

I created a GPO in Group Policy Management and copy and pasted the URL to: User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer Maintenance/URLs. I ran gpresult on the workstation and it shows that the GP was applied, however, it is not displaying.

Is there an additional step I missed? Or something which is blocking the GP from being viewable?

I am assuming you have rebooted and/or freshed the group policy on the workstation beyond just running gpresult? (gpudate /force, etc)

Yes, I have done both: /force and reboot.
