active directory question

Hi there

I created a network account in Active directory for a colleague on a works domain, however sometimes she cant login i've reset her password countless times and told her the correct logon name, and when she get access her pc is kicking her out of her account. Any ideas on how i can solve this??

Just the user id!!!

Did you set any logon restrictions? Check network connection status as well...Are the pcs receiving proper IP configuration?

try creating her a new profile

something in it could just be corrupt
