Okay so here is the deal...we deploy printers in Active Directory using Print Management. All our servers are Windows 2008 R2. The issue we are running into, though it happens very little still becomes a pain is that if people get a print error it blocks everyone else from printing to that printer. Is there anyway to automatically remove print errors or jobs that have a print error?
