Hi I'm new here and this is my first post.
Just curious because to me it makes sense, but is there an ethernet cabe dongle that would make another computer on your wifi see it as registering that device as 5ghz without the need of a separate router attached to it. Like a mini version of a router able to pick up the 5g frequency and transfer it to the ethernet port? All I see everywhere are usb dongles, but I'm looking for a way for a non usb device to see a faster network speed?
I mean if a usb dongle exists, then why couldn't an ethernet version exist right?
