Hi guys.

I have a network here at work with a standard internal IP scheme.
We are interested in utilizing a 2nd internal range.

What I mean is:

We currently have our network running the 192.168.0.x
and want to use another private IP like 10.0.0.x
We want both to be able to communicate with eachother.

Is this as easy as creating a 2nd DHCP server with a 10.0.0.x range?

If so, how would I ensure they communicate properly with eachother?

What kind of routers are you using in your network?

Let say you have a Cisco router with 2 FastEthernet interfaces..... You would put one interface on the 192.168.x.x network, and the other on the 10.0.x.x network. After this, you simply enable IP routing on the router, and set up the routing type of your choice....

you shouldn't need to setup any routing protocols if the interfaces are on the same router

Yep, directly connected interfaces, no need for a routing protocol..unless they have other routers around. 4 or less routers, I would just use static routes.
