i would still recommend any eVGA video card. i've had much luck w/ their products & have been very happy w/ the performance of them. i've had a 6600GT & now a 7800GT. regards, kirk

thats the host machine. i was only running two or three virtual machines... can't remember exactly what i was doing... that server is my home workstation ;)

why you need alotta resources running vmware...

this mobo has since died and was replaced w/ a tyan thunder.

is anyone running this app w/ dual dual cores? my two single cores are maxed out and i'm now considering an upgrade to (2) 2.0ghz dual cores... does anyone have any suggestions for any software comparable to pinnacle studio 9 (that's really cheap)? my primary use is choppin up MPEG clips...

...if you loose 50GB of RAID'ed storage....you can repartition that 50GB for something else ;)

i think everyone would agree that it would be better to buy (2) 512 sticks and run dual channel memory instead of just adding a single 1GB stick... i'm not sure of the exact numbers, but i would guesstimate a 30%-50% memory performance improvement...(and i'm sure if i'm wrong, somebody'll fess...

more memory will help the responsivness of your PC, especially if your using XP. the video card will make the game look & play better.

you can, but it's not recommended. you will only be able to RAID 150GB of the 200GB drive.
