m-audio is good, i checked them out too, but i heard that the newer creative cards are a little better. as for the audigy 2 zs, i have 2 questions (since you own one): 1) is the software buggy? i read that it is. 2) do you have to change any setting on the soundcard itself from the default...

thanks! i did some research too and a lot of people praise the audigy 2 zs. but i was also trying to look to see if there are other companies that make better soundcards than creative.

what's a good 5.1 soundcard to upgrade to that is decent in price? i currently have a soundblaster audigy ls in my system.

yea i'll go with crucial. there are just too many people on newegg complaining about the corsair modules dying on them only after a few months. i'm guessing corsair is kinda like dell...if you're lucky and get a good product it'll last you a long long time, but if you get the crappy product...

ok so i'm thinking of upgrading my computer's memory from 1gig to 2gigs. the 1gig memory in my system right now is 2 512mb modules from crucial, and i've had absolutely no problem with it at all and i've had it for about 6 months now. i also look at other brands, including the corsair xms...

hmm i don't see the 550watt tp2 on newegg...at least not for antec. also, i see that some of these list "pci-e connectors", what are they for? my motherboard doesn't have any pci-e slots so will that matter?
