Yeah, capacitors are there for a reason (quite often for power smoothing after rectifying AC to DC).

Yes soul, you are misreading that fully, forgot to mention that you need to take out the old busted one and put the new capacitor back in its place and make sure it is secure before booting up.

There is an S-Club and I'm not part of it? I have 2 Slims lol.
Picked up 2 things of Drano today and about to go get some oriental food for dinner. Yesterday I bought an 18 pack of Bud, 24 pack of Sam's Choice, 12 pack of Dr. Thunder, and 12 pack of Dew. Got some charcoal and fluid for my BBQ. Prolly gonna try and buy this projector that is at my house right now.
