how do u get your toolbar all funky like that?

Hik and Mak answered for me, mostly.

The toolbar is Win7's Aero toolbar.

The top dock is ObjectDock using a bunch of downloaded icons and Criterion Tiles as the background (all downloaded from wincustomize.com for free ). It is set for about 50% transparency with the icons set at 55 pixels.

The bottom dock is a Yahoo Widget's dock using Gmail Notifier, Neon Clock, Yahoo Mail Checker, and Yahoo Weather.

The icon in the system tray is TrillianAstra, set for Invisibility.

The cursor is CursorFX and I am using the red version of Crystal Cursors by J.J. Ying. The set also includes blue, green, grey, and purple sets.

I used to be a fan of nice looking wallpaper, but it distorts the eye, so I went with something more subdued.

Nope, the theme is Fleur-de-lys: Fleur-de-lys by ~dynacord on deviantART I only changed the desktop icons (rest are stock Windows), don't remember where I found that icon though.
