Hey patonB, you dont need to give the gpu's each seprate cores...they both can run off the same core. I run both 8800GT's on a single core with no slowdown.

I didn't assign them. It did it it's self.......

I've read that the nvida cores lie like that though, and d9on't really take up a core each.

Set for 1 core, i'll try it out.

Yeah they dont. Its better to run them off a single core, and you can run smp on three cores instead of two and it will give you some more ppd.

Doesn't make a differrence as the 8600 is being a ................ Had to shut it down.

I don't run smps.... but just a core.

Yeah till i know that they Core issue is fixed i am going to work in Kubuntu. Since i dont fold in Linux cause my CPU is slow.

When i know it is fixed i will reboot and start up again.
