nothing cools me down better than a nice, hot steaming woot off. Lookking at the stuff on ThinkGeek :: Stuff for Smart Masses is cool too, I usually forget everything while browsing their stuff.
Actually. I enjoy doing something physical when I'm angry. I'll go to the gym and just go nuts with weights or if I can't go to the gym I'll just do like a hundred push-ups or something. I've gotta listen to "Metal" while doing this. I get myself so freakin' pumped that I'm buzzing from adrenaline. Then eventually, when I've had enough, I sit back and chill out and let the natural Endorphins kick in. Once they have kicked in... I honestly go numb. I don't have a care in the world and I'm high as a kite.
Unfortunately, "Runners High" or "Natural Endorphin High" doesn't last very long.
It is a good natural and healthy short fix though. I'd recommend it.
