Yesterday, I started receiving error codes. Here are the two error messages I get when I try to run the TV tuner in Media Center 2005:
"A critical Media Center process has unexpectedly failed. If problems persist, please restart your machine and try again, or contact technical support. Code: 3"
"Some of the files needed to play radio or video are missing or corrupt. Try restarting the computer."
I restarted the computer - nothing.
I tried to run System Restore - it would not let me restore for some reason.
I then tried contacting Microsoft for support, which they said I need to contact the computer manufacturer because they installed it. However, HP says I need to get my support from Microsoft. They go back and forth...which led me here.
I have an HP Media Center PC m7360n
