Default Win Xp System Restore Acting Weird

I have 2 customers with this week call me up with the same problem with week.

After going out on site, it turns out that their computer has some how activated the Windows System Restore, and has restored there computers back to an earlier restore point.

One customer has been push back to just before chirstmas. The other about 6 months ago.

Any one else had this problem in that last week or so????

Okay, I was just surfing one of the other forums that I frequent.

Some one has made a comment about a virus called "Bagle"

QUOTE
" The virus poses as a test message and so far has tricked people in 87 countries into opening it and helping it spread.

Bagle plunders address books for e-mail addresses and uses an in-built mail program to send itself to new victims.

It also tells its creator about an infected computer and tries to open a backdoor that a malicious hacker could use to take control of the machine. "
UNQUOTE

Does this sound like our villan here in these Windows Restore cases?????
