If I was to do it, I would run Norton, and have AVG as a backup. Just run it to update it and turn it off, only use it if a virus outbreak occurs that disables Norton, use AVG to back it up or vice versa. Same with a firewall.

At one time, I had 8 firewalls running at one time. This was when I first got into computers, I thought the more the better. They all worked til I installed Black Ice, damn thing would boot...So now I currently use XP's and ZA Pro, together, with my Linksys Firewall.

i alwyas have used the microsoft's sp2 fire wall.. why i dont know but i guess it isn't that bad i hardly notice it is there. i just use norton as a back up scanner never picks up ne thing kus ive used avg b4 hand.

I use avg and love it. Tried norton and think they dont keep up with viruses as quick as avg. You are right warez, he needs to be banned.
