Exclamation Unmountable boot volume

About 1 out of 3 times my mother boots her PC she gets the unmountable boot volume blue screen. How can I fix this?

do you mean the blus screen of death? sound like hardware conflict or failure. Do a scan disk to check hard drive for errors and bad sectors...
