NOTE: This is not an active school computer, the school got new computers and gave an old one to my friend. I'm not trying to bypass a school computer that is actively in use.

As I said in the note above, the school gave the old laptop to my friend since they were going to throw it away anyways. However, they didn't take off the restrictions, making it almost unusable for personal use. He asked me to help him and I've tried everything I knew and/or could find online. Nothing worked. So now I'm here, asking for help. The computer is running Windows 7. By 'restrictions' I'm talking about the administrator account that blocks everything. Can anyone help me remove it?

Take it to the school IT department and have them remove it.
Or install a new copy of Windows yourself

Reinstall the OS, that is the only way, especially if it's joined to a domain, which it almost certainly is if it's a school of any typical size.

That aside, one thing that we can't assist with is helping someone circumvent any form of security, whether or not that is their own device.
