Default recycle bin overload

I have a user here that has never emptied her recycle bin on her PC and she's been here a year. It now takes up over 3 GB of space and it is so large it won't open and when I right click on it and select empty recycle bin, it goes forever without ending. How do I empty this thing?

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the variables....it ain't your variables, it's your constant.

The location of the recycle bin is C:\recycler. It is a hidden protected operating system folder so you have to enable folder options to see it. I would log on as admin, find the file in recycler that is associated with the users login and delete it from there. Do a shift delete so it does not go in the admin recycle bin. I would also make a copy of it before you delete it in case there is a problem. Also make sure to turn the option to hide protected system files after you finish.
