Default Please Help Me

i need to re-format my hard drive ugggghhhh again any how im running win xp and wanna reformat and install 98 se lol dont ask all i need to know is how to fix this err in the dos promt i just cut and pasted it any how if any one can help me it would be greatly apperciated

You cant format the drive from within XP. It is being used. You have to put in the XP disc and run the setup to get it to format to FAT32.

After that you can then put in the 98SE disc and install.
