Photoshop help.

Hello! We have a user who is on a G4 Mac with photoshop6 installed. When she opens a color photo it is showing up in grayscale even though the RGB mode is selected. I can open the image in picture viewer and it shows up in color with no problems, however that same photo will open in gray scale in PS. This happends with all color photos. I have deleted the PS preferences, removed PS, re-installed PS, and none of this worked...any ideas?? thanks!!

Well obviously was there ever any doubt? I think we got it sorted out..It was a color profile issue or some crap like that.. damn Macs.
