Outlook Form (Organizational Forms)

I cannot get an Outlook form to save my changes completely. I want to change a caption on a field that is a checkbox. I name it "Over 30 Days", make the value the same name also, yet when I send it to someone, it changes to "Over 90 Days". After I save the form I then publish it and no matter what I try, it still shows as Over 90 Days to the recipient. Any clue as to what's happening? I've checked properties and advanced properties and can't find anything that states 90 days, and if it's doing a calculation, I'm not sure where that is happening because I'm not putting in a date in any of the other fields.
