Online videos out of sync

The problem I am experiencing now is, online videos are out of sync when I play them. When I go to any site that includes a video, and I start playing it, it goes like 2x times slower, but sound is going good. And then every 3 seconds new screen appears and it goes slow again. Before a month ago, it was all working fine. I thought this was because I had virus on my PC, but after reinstalling OS, and installing some basic applications and drivers it still goes the same. Could this be due to my Graphic driver because I don't have the latest version of driver?

It could be the GFX Driver, it could also be an out of date version of Adobe Flash. I always preferred to use the Beta Builds from labs.adobe.com over the ones released on the site. They always seem to work better for me.
