Hello to all!

I want to format my hard disk, because i have many trojans in my PC, and i have a problem: How to backup my emails and contacts from Outlook express ?

Please help me hurry!

I believe there is an option to export your contacts. If not, copy and paste them to a word document. As for emails, they should be stored in a .pst file I think.

you can make 2 pst backups one for your emails and one for your contacts. File > improt and export > export to a file > selesct Personal folder file (.pst). Make sure the trojan did not originate from your email and is not sitting in your inbox or deleted items for you may reinfect your new setup when you import the backup files.
