need help

[P.I.T.A.]

my computer keeps making a sound when my browser is NOT open. the sound it makes is when you put a usb in and take it out. it just keeps doing it until you open a browser window. ive checked my ports and plugs...and i cant seem to figure it out. please help

You have done all the normal things like check your device manager for changes, restart your PC and check for infections, right?

i have reset my computer many times
