My pc is broke

I turn it on, i log on, and then it just freezes, i havnt got a clue why, the mouse moves, and i can ctrl alt del and acces task manager, but thats it, whats the problem? i reli need to access my computer please help its a dell 4700

first try booting into safemode and clearing your msconfig (start > run > msconfig > startup tab > disable all)

once you do that it should allow you to get on to the desktop. if you are able to do that follow warez's guide. and if you are not able to. then complete warez's guide bye using safemode with networking.

if you cant do that, in the task manager, go file, and run, and then go from there...
