I have just purchased a new 1tb external hard drive to suppliment the aging and small 20gb internal hard drive. I am going to leave all of the "core" software on the internal drive including the web browser, security software and of course the operating system all other software will be moved to the new external drive. What is the best method to move the non-"core" software to the external drive? Do you think that I need to uninstall from the internal drive and re-install in the external drive?
