Yes. Go Start>Right click on Computer>Manage. (Since you can not use hte mouse the keyboard should have the context sesative button on the right side between the Ctrl and Alt buttons )
There you will get the System Management screen. Click on the Device Manager. There select the mouse. Enter into the properties. (Should jsut be a enter on the mouse itself) Tab over to the Driver tab and uninstall driver. Can also just right click (Or as advised above) and uninstall the mouse.
Restart and upon doing so the system should look for new or updated drivers.
