Default Memory and OS

Hey guys ,
Since the Heat has arrived to Israel , and iv'e been looking at my ambient CPU temps they are 47 which is horrid (NOTE: I'm at 3.2ghz from 1.8ghz). Iv'e decided to Only OC to 2.4ghz which will allow me to install my other 1gbx2 kit of RAM for a total of 4gb.

Does Windows XP 32-Bit support 4gb of RAM ?
Are there any work arounds ?

Sorry mate you need to use the 64bit, a 32bit OS will only see 3.5gb of ram.

Yes. 64-bit supports 4 GB of total ram. That's both the system and video cards.

Alright , when my torrents finish I will install 64-Bit edition.
When I format my current windows partition , will the new 64 bit be able to read my secondary hard drive with all my files on it ?
