how to burn a windows 7 OS cd

I bought a new laptop with Windows 7, but the computer store didn't give me a cd. He said it was partitioned on my computer, so i can just burn it.

BTW, i bought it in japan and my japanese is horrid so something might have been mistranslated there, but i think that's the general gist of it.

I have no idea on how to even approach this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is an option that is built in by the specific manufacturer. They install special burning software to do this. You have to find it on the start menu or within the Control Panel to do it.
