Hover buttons won't show on Explorer

I think it might've been missing Javascript because I used to have trouble with my explorer (it kept closing whenever I went to sites with hover buttons), so I removed Javascript from my computer, and now it won't show any hover buttons. How can I fix this? Any programs to download?

Any help will be appreciated.
