Ok, my brother has been on my pc when i am at work. I boot up my pc the Windows Login screen comes up and there is two user names Adminsitrater

I never had the Administer one on there or setup, My account Jason was adminsiter or is. So I click on Administered just to see what it does and it does not ask for a password. So I log off and the adminster account is gone. There is just Jason my account. He cant know my password he doesn't even know much about computers, so I dont know, any help?
