i am having this same problem what ended up happening with this. how was it resolved

amd athlon xp2100+
asus a7v333 mb
nvidia geforce4mx 420 64 mb
thermaltake volcano 12
1 gig ddr pc2100
thermaltake purepower 420w psu
audigy 2 platinum sound card

what do the details of this error say? Anything like such and such caused a GPF or Page fault in module something or another? That would be most helpful to know. If you do get detail errors, check them with all print (wordpad, IE, Photoshop, whatever) and see if its the same error and address.
