help!!

im not sure what happened, but my usb pindrive wouldnt work, so i restarted my computer and now everything wont work, mouse, keyboard, even the network connection!

ps. im on another comp atm,,

yeah, keyboard and mouse are usb, so i cant do anything

Did you remove the USB Drive that you plugged in that wasnt working?

do you have an old set of ps2 keyboard and mouse? Have you tried different usb ports preferably something like your front panel connections.

I don't think it has a ps2 connection,

i should mention this happened while i was following a tut on how to "jail break" and ipod 2g, and since i had vista is said to follow this article Disable Driver Signing in x64 Windows Vista - Via command prompt - Softpedia and it had a cmd, but it said access denied..

Does the keyboard work prior to booting into windows ie can you get into and navigate in bios? If so you can try last know good configuration. Hopefully it is just a usb driver issue and not blown usb connectors on your motherboard.

ok, iwent into setup while starting computer, and keyboard works, but when i bootup windows they stop working, i think my network connection aswell, any ideas ?:
