Well that's the thing, I've done nothing. All I was doing at first was just checking the dump files after each crash but as of right now it's stopped crashing so much. Haven't changed anything.

i sent this article out and the guys let me know it is a bit dated. we usually roll patches via wsus in groups. first it comps. then pilot group. finally, everyone else. this usually takes two to three weeks.
