Default Good free partition managers

Does anyone know of a free partition manager that can resize NTFS partitions?

I certianly hope I posted this in the right place.

As far as I know there aren't any free managers that can resize a live NTFS partition. The best pay one is PartitionMagic, though as I said it isn't free.

Talk is based on the assumption that you can get somewhere if you keep putting one word after another

it does it here, I don't know how but pcworld wrote an article on how to do it, about a month ago
