Firefox is messing up my email

The day I got firefox, my email speed slowed dramatically. It takes almost a minute to even click on something. Is there a setting or something I can change to help with this?

Im using Firefox 2.0.0.5 with the following addons:

Fasterfox
Download status bar

Adblock plus and Adblock plus filter uploader and Adblack Filterset.G updater.

And my email is Windows Mail version 6.0.6000.16386

Also, Im running Windows Vista Home Premium.

The only thing I can think of is M$ messing with you through Windows Mail because you are using something besides IE. I use Yahoo Beta, and have no problems with it and FF.

Have you tried opening it using the IE Tab extension? Does it work properly with IE?

its not that difficult to use IE7 as much as you might hate it you IE7 for email and use firefox for myspace or whatever it is that you do on the internet

you could use Opera browser, i found this nice little feature where it will discuise itself as either firefox, IE, or itself, just by clicking a little button.

i like firefox more, but Opera is a LOT better than IE.

you could just use opera as your "Mail program" and use firefox for browsing.
