Default the files in my computer are different order

ok guys, yet another thing that is bugging me lol.

im not sure when it happened or what i did, but nowadays when open up "My Computer" the icons are in the thumbnail order. i know that i can change the icons by going to veiw, and then chose: 'list', 'icon' etc. i have tried all of them but none of them make them look like they are "supposed to".

i took these links from google btw.

my 'my computer' looks like this:

and i want it to look like this(like it 'should'):

you guys know the drill; what should i do!!

thanks in advance

harry

When in My Computer, Right-Click and click on View -> Large Icons.

Then, go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab -> Apply to all folders.
