Error 21_ windows XP wont boot

Not for me eric, but I think it wont even display the Send a PM or Post a visitor message untill a user has the permission's needed to send a PM.

I couldn't send mak one yesterday by clicking on his name. I had to reply to an old pm from him. some people name will show a pm link now, but others won't.

He only has 13 posts. That is why he cant access PM's. You have to have at least 40 to PM.

Click on UserCP and then send message. That should work. It always does for me.

funny now I can access yours. I didn't know about the 40 posts though

That was part of the Rule Updates done sometime last year. Cause of the Pr0n PM Spams we got. We started that rule. It is on the new Rules list we have now. I personally updated them. So i know it is on there.
